A balance media mix of print/radio/TV/digital saturates a 100-mile plus radius market, in advance of the Show. Special publicity remotes and public relations activities, using well-known local personalities in Radio, scheduled during the Show.

Show Decorator

The Show will be professionally decorated. One skirted table
and one 110 outlet are inclusive to your booth space.
Additional tables are $35.00 each. Additional power
(over the provided 110 outlet) is based on location and
availability at an extra cost. Please ask for a quote.

Show Hours

Saturday, March 24 — 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday, March 25 — 10:00am – 4:00pm

Move-In of Exhibits (No Exceptions)

Thursday, March 22 — 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday, March 23 — 9:00am – 5:00pm

Move-Out of Exhibits

Sunday, March 25 — 4:00pm – 9:00pm

All booths not reserved with a 50% non-refundable deposit by the reservation deadline will be released to other exhibitors.
